The Tangon River is also known as the Tangon or Tangon River. This river flows past Thakurgaon district town. From the Indian state of West Bengal, the river enters Bangladesh through the western border of Panchagarh district. The river dries up in the winter, but has navigability in the rainy season. This bridge is built over the river Tangan.
